“I’ve always had an insatiable curiosity to understand the natural world around me and to explore the way things work ”

“My curiosity in the mechanics of human movement, symmetry and gracefulness was ignited an an early age when I started practicing & competing in the sport of gymnastics. Gymnastics provided me with an 11-year accumulation of positive movement experiences that culminated in an injury and subsequent Physical Therapy. That course of physical rehabilitation that sparked my intrigue to explore the sciences of kinesiology and exercise physiology. My drive to understand human movement and passion for helping others is what eventually led me down the path to becoming a Physical Therapist.”

Dr. Daly completed a BS Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Applied Exercise Physiology at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. After graduation, she also trained in Miami, FL with Polestar Pilates in their Rehabilitation Series for Healthcare Professionals.  Dr. Daly is a certified Franklin Method® Educator - Level 3.  She is also a certified GYROTONIC® Instructor.

Dr. Daly enjoys the challenge of keeping the attention and interest of a class, developing a client's curiosity for optimal biomechanics, and preventing injury in an otherwise “well” population. She loves to see clients experience “aha moments” in their bodies through mindful movement.

When away from the studio, Dr. Daly loves paddleboarding, brunching, costuming, and spending time with her dog Saint Francis. She is happiest reading a good book on a beach under an umbrella and a wide-brimmed floppy hat.
